Image No, those aren't people waiting in the rain to vote. They're the 130 or so hardy souls who camped out in the rain to be the first to apply for one of the live-work artists residences opening up at the Tannery Arts Center. Our Charles Mixson was on the scene to photograph (and camp with) the dedicated applicants.

I wonder how many of those that waited in the rain willbe turned away after the background checks are done. And the no-smoking policy, it probably goes for your "medicinal" herbs as well. If only I didn't choose the path of career and self discipline maybe I could get a "subsidized" apartment as wellsmilies/grin.gif
