This comfortable and scenic patio will be the stage for Bargetto’s Music and Food Thursdays. Beginning on July 3rd, the no cover, family-friendly event will be held weekly through September 4th, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

This first week, music will have a funky tropical flair from the band Connected, known to put audiences in a dancing mood.

Tarah Hudelson, Bargetto’s Tasting Room and Events Manager, tells me they will be serving Tuscan Antipasto Sandwiches ($10). Choose between Grilled Chicken on Francesci bread with provolone cheese, pesto, tomatoes and capers, or a vegetarian version with artichokes and kalamata olives. Each sandwich comes with two side salads, perhaps Farfalle Pasta with white beans, spinach and lemon, or French Potato salad with green beans and crumbled egg. A sweet bakery dessert will be included as well.

Each week five or six of Bargetto’s 30 vintages will be available for tasting, with three tasting tickets for $5.
