Qigong: Meditative Movement

This class combines the gentle, flowing movements of Qigong (chee-gong) with Tai Chi to support emotional and spiritual harmony. We do exercises to decrease stress and increase strength, balance, flexibility, and spinal mobility. All are welcome.
