Experience the cardio boosting benefits of High Intensity Interval Training combined with muscle toning power of a dynamic callisthenic workout! This is an indoor/outdoor boot camp that combines the two boot camps above to create an incredible workout designed to tone and strengthen your body through a combination of cardiovascular and resistance training exercises. Wednesdays: 6:30 - 7:30 pm and Fridays: 5:30 - 6:30 pm.
