Explore how cultivating our sensuality and sexual energy can be a spiritual act in this animated discussion and meditation practice. We will discuss how to tap into and build our own sexual energy, any time and any where, which increases our potential for pleasure and engenders greater joy and relaxation in our lives. In the guided meditation session, you will feel the various textures of sexual life force, and learn how to fuse this fire with the heart and expanded mind. Leave this discussion feeling turned on, grounded, and connected to yourself, with a toolbox of simple practices that cultivate vitality and a grounded spiritual practice. This class is open to singles, couples, and all genders/orientations. Instructor: Dee is a yoga teacher and pleasure activist. She has helped hundreds of people connect to their radiant embodied selves. She fashions custom spiritual experiences from a variety of tantric modalities, including cannabis-enhanced yoga, sexual-awakening yoga, guided meditation, facilitated psychedelic journeys, bodywork, and intimacy coaching for singles, couples, and small groups. She is deeply committed to the exploration and expression of her sexual-spiritual self, and encourages others to do the same. Learn more about Dee at www.deedussault.com
