Taking place every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:00am; Balance and core strength are essential to a well-rounded fitness routine. This class will utilize stability and bosu balls, wobble boards, balancing techniques, and general core strengthening exercises to maximize your overall fitness. This boot camp will meet at Santa Cruz CORE Fitness.
