Part 2 of a series - This class will start with an overview of the first part - among other things. These classes teach us about how to use your mind to be mentally healthy including how to use our compassion as an antidote to our mental disturbances, how our enthusiasm plays a role in our mental health and how to use the experience of meditation to help us slove our problems.
