| This third session of the Global Spirituality series will be held on Thursday October 4 and will focuses on Buddhism. It will begin with some historical context, outlining the birth and evolution of Buddhism along with some reflection on its relationship to the Hindu tradition from which it emerged. The main presentation on the Buddhist path will feature Dr. Leslie Tremaine, a long-time Buddhist practitioner and teacher and President of Insight Santa Cruz. |
