According to the Buddhist teaching, healing essentially comes from the mind and not the body. Participating in this retreat will help us work on the delusions of our mind which will help us in creating a healthier mind and body. Held in our Gompa, with right life sized statues of the Medicine Buddhas, this structured weekend retreat, led by resident nun, Venerable Drimay, will ensure participants go through the Medicine Buddha practice and have some uninterrupted time for meditation as well. Retreat starts at 4pm on December 7 and ends after lunch on December 9th
