A wonderful way to receive the benefits of yoga in a safe, supportive way, chair yoga will help you increase strength, range of motion, stamina and memory, improve circulation and relax the body/mind. Instructor Suzi Mahler, CMT, ND, will guide you through a series of seated yoga postures that are performed slowly and with breath awareness. No pretzel poses or laying on the floor. |
