| Come join us for gentle, mindful movement designed especially for those living with arthritis. This form has been proven to increase flexibility, strength, balance, and reduce stress and pain. This practice is also beneficial for those with diabetes, heart disease and hypertension. The full form will taught over the 12 weeks. Students of all levels are welcome and will benefit from practicing together. We meet Tuesdays & Thursdays. Note new time! |
