| Free presentation on the Transcendental Program by local TM teachers, Harry Smeenk and Jaya Garrison. We will describe the TM Technique and discuss the extensive scientific research on the many benefits of the practice. We will go deeply into the mechanics of the TM technique and how if differs from other forms of meditation. This talk is a prerequisite for attending the four day course of instruction which will be offered here in Santa Cruz, January 12-15. |
