Join Chef Lauren Hoover-West for a 6-week, hands-on cooking class featuring delicious gluten-free, dairy-free and low glycemic index foods that are also high in protein and fiber. Look and feel fantastic without feeling deprived. Make quick, easy, gourmet meals at home that have fewer calories than restaurant food.
