| Sheng Zhen Healing Gong consists of ten seated movements to help open the heart, improve the flow of qi in the body and return one to a natural state. First, the physical movements help relax and synchronize the body. Then, as the mind learns to be quiet and the heart begins to open, one will gain a deeper understanding of life and the Universe. This weekly class is open to everyone. |
