I received some good news recently, and, perhaps, proof that people can change their thoughts and perceptions. At last, my Polish mother back in Chicago is willing to admit there is such a thing as climate change. This, after Chicagoland experienced its mildest winter in years, and, more recently, braving 90- to100-plus degree heat for nearly a week, only to be pummelled with 90-mile-an-hour winds last weekend, which left many suburbs without electricity for some time.
I'm very much for Obama. I believe he's trying to do the best thing for as many people as he can, and I believe that it would be nice for everybody to have healthcare. We have to pay for auto insurance and home insurance, so why not health insurance?

Mars entered Libra Tuesday and is most likely trying to find a way out. Mars, on the personality-building level, is desire, action, anger, assertion, aggression and war—how the personality stumbles toward peace, which, along with education, Libra tries to offer. Libra is air, the mind, Right Human Relations, learning how to balance relationships with equanimity. Sometimes Libra encounters war. She backs off, turns toward mediation, non-violent (compassionate) communication, things beautiful, reasonable and good.

Birthdays are good, especially when we can learn something about ourselves. These celebratory moments offer us a time to reflect on our lives. Which brings us to the Fourth of July, which is fast approaching. Brace yourselves: We, as a nation, will technically be (roughly) 7.4 billion seconds old.
I'd like to see a more family- and tourist- friendly vibe downtown. And a safe place for people to hang and feel like they can bring their families and relatives from out of town and not get harrased and harangued by various elements down here.

We are more than half way through the year, moving swiftly toward winter solstice when three great time cycles end, and three greater time cycles begin. Humanity stands at the crossroads—to envision, build and construct the new Aquarian world, the new culture and civilization. Or not. As the Piscean Age was the Age of Religion, the Aquarian Age is the Age of Humanity—no longer an age of kings, pharaohs or corporate ruling governments.
No, not under any circumstance should drones, without the knowledge of the public, be circulated in our air space.

This Sunday (overshadowing our future) Uranus (revolution) and Pluto (transformation) join together. They will create the same revolutionary demand for freedom as they did in the 1960s. Then, Uranus joined Pluto in Virgo and a new awareness of freedom appeared within humanity. This week Uranus joins (squares) Pluto again. Squares inform humanity new directions must be taken. Our previous directions (ways of life) are no longer available.
