Edward Norton stars as mild-mannered genetic scientist Bruce Banner, who mutates into a not-so-jolly Green Giant whenever he gets riled, and goes on the lam to cure himself before the government can turn him into a weapon. Tim Roth co-stars as a soldier on his trail who gets hold of some of the gene juice to turn himself into an even more ferocious adversary (called The Abomination). Liv Tyler co-stars; Robert Downey Jr. (as Iron Man Tony Stark) and original TV Hulk Lou Ferrigno pop up in cameos.
