Tropic Thunder

Rated R
Time 107 minutes
Cast & Crew Info

Actors in a war movie being shot in Southeast Asia don't realize their manic director (Steve Coogan) is sending them ever deeper into the jungle against real-life armed guerrillas because their funding has dried up back in Hollywood. Ben Stiller plays the action movie star, Jack Black is the bad-boy screen comedian, and Robert Downey Jr. is a pretentious Aussie actor so eccentric he has his skin dyed black for his role in this irreverent action comedy directed by Stiller.
